The European Canoe Association and the Portuguese Canoe Federation will host the ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships in Ponte de Lima in northern Portugal from June 2 to 8, 2025.
These championships will not only include the elite races for seniors, U23s and juniors, but also the masters and a demonstration race in the paracanoe.

The city of Ponte de Lima and the local club, one of the largest clubs in the country and home to many European and world champions in this sport, are also involved in the organization.

The first bulletin has been sent to all national teams wishing to take part in this major event. You can find it on canoemarathonportugal.com under the Documents tab.
More information about the course will be published in April with the second bulletin, which will also include the provisional schedule of events.
