Jorn Cronberg, Technical Delegate of ECA Canoe marathon, published this week a summary of all numerical entries, informing also about a new deadline of the numerical entries, June 7th.

All Nominal entries will remain open until June 14th in SDP ICF system.

Still with a low number of numerical entries and countries, the local organization and European Canoe Association would like to remind all nations that this will be the major European Canoe Marathon of 2017, being hosted by the same organization that will held the 2018 World Championships.

At the moment there are even some races with less entries than the ones needed to be approved for European Titles:
C1 men under 23  - There are 6 entries from 3 nations
C1 women seniors - There are 5 entries from 3 nations
C2 men juniors       - There are 6 entries from 4 nations

The local organization is preparing one of the best venues and courses ever in this discipline as well as one of the biggest, if not the biggest broadcast ever in Canoe Marathon Championships, and for that we count with all European Teams to come to us, to apply for this year’s race.
