Iván Alonso (ESP), current world champion, beated José Ramalho (POR), former European champion by sprint in the last race of yesterday, the K1 Men Senior.
The Portuguese tried everything to get away from the rest of the leading group several times but the spanish was stronger and never lost his position. Mate PETROVICS from Hungary was 3rd.

In K1 Women, Bara Alexandra from Hungary was the winner, with Lenka HROCHOVA being 2nd and Edina CSERNAK 3rd.

In C1, the spanish Antonio CAMPOS took the lead in the first lap and never loose his place again. He became the new European Champion. Manuel GARRIDO also from spain was 2nd and Matthias EBHARDT from Germany took the bronze.

Today we will have the K2 and C2 Senior Races from 9:30.
